Work with us to develop a unique and authentic beer for your event or business, starting from 500 liters.

A beer fully tailored to your taste makes the ideal corporate gift, a lasting memento of your wedding, or an original surprise for your association’s anniversary.

Are you looking for a day activity with friends, family, or colleagues as a team-building event? dagactiviteit met vrienden, familie of collega’s als teambuilding?

Then come and stir my steaming, deliciously fragrant brewing kettles yourself.

During this approximately six-hour activity, I guide groups of 12 people or more through the entire brewing process, from malt grain to wort.

After this unique experience, you will never enjoy your beer of choice in the same way again.

You can invite me as an enthusiastic speaker for a tasting of my own beers or other beers, among friends, as a team-building activity, or for an event with your association.

The necessary jokes and my West Flanders accent are included free of charge.

Through my extensive knowledge of both well-known and lesser-known beers and breweries, I help select beers for a tasting or food pairing event.

I gladly use my talent for developing new flavors, my extensive knowledge of ingredients, and my craftsmanship to support the creation of new recipes for existing breweries.

With a great passion for the craft, I am happy to help homebrewers and small breweries get started.

This ranges from developing recipes, to designing the ideal setup for your purpose, efficiently configuring and organizing the installation, and optimizing the workflow and brewing process.

Is everything not running smoothly or are you not achieving the desired results in your kettles? I help you identify and resolve problems.

I am also thoroughly familiar with industry-specific administration, so I can guide you in that area as well.

Congratulations! You are a value seeker who wants to stand out from the crowd, swim against the current, and get the very best out of everything. You have an original idea to develop a unique beer together with me.
Tasting
After accepting the quotation, I will come by with about six recent beers. I will let you taste the impact of different ingredients so that we can shape your unique beer together. We prefer to do this with a maximum of 10 people.
Creating
Based on that undoubtedly enjoyable and interesting tasting session, I create your unique recipe.
Brewing process
HOP! The time has come! I brew your unique beer according to the recipe we created together.
Bottling
After primary fermentation and lagering, the beer is ready to be bottled. Just a little patience left, we are almost there.
Delivery
Yay! The beer is fully ready and can now be enjoyed in good company. We deliver at an agreed time. Santé!
